How it works

PRE-WORK

Before we meet for our first call, you’re going to get a bit of pre-work. You’ll be asked to share your goals, roadblocks and current business structure so I can come to our first call with some preliminary solutions in mind so we can make the absolute most of our time together.

2 PRIVATE CALLS

We’ll meet twice over Zoom for focused strategy sessions. First up is a 2-hour deep dive where we’ll analyze your business and create a clear action plan that lets you scale without working more hours. Then, we’ll wrap everything up with a 30-minute call to finalize your 2025 roadmap and make sure you’re crystal clear on your next steps.

PRIVATE VOXER

Between your first and last call, you will have access to me via Voxer (Mon- Thurs). As you implement, flush out new strategies, and take action, you’ll have me in your back pocket to help you flush out new strategies and bust through any blocks along the way.
